Hi, I'm Becca, owner and lead planner at Rae Weddings & Events. I specialize in creating a one-of-a-kind experience for every couple, from full planning to month-of coordination. My goal is for couples to look back in 20 years and think, “That truly was one of the happiest and best days of our lives!”
Based in Sacramento and serving couples throughout Northern California, including Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, and the surrounding areas. Coordination starts at $2,500, partial planning at $4,800, and full planning at $8,000.

- How far in advance should I book?
- Popular dates for planner often book 10 to 18 months ahead, and holiday and peak season weekends go first. If your date is closer than that, still reach out. Calendars change and last minute openings happen.
