can I cancel?
Monthly Community can cancel anytime. Yearly Builder is one year, non-refundable, but auto-renews only if you want it to.
What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly Builder?
Monthly ($35/mo) gets you a directory listing and 6+ guaranteed features per year. Yearly Builder ($360/year founders rate) includes all of that, plus inclusion in our Vendor Builder tool from day one. Additional features like personalized PDFs and vendor analytics roll out post-launch, and yearly members get a free ticket to our annual community event. Yearly is also the better deal mathematically — $360/year is cheaper than $35×12=$420.
how do features work?
Your first feature usually happens within 2-4 weeks of onboarding. From there, the rhythm is at least every other month — often more — so you're seeing steady, predictable visibility from day one rather than waiting in a queue.
The majority of features land on Instagram (a mix of dedicated features and roundups), with blog posts cross-promoted on Pinterest and shared in stories. So it's a real mix tailored to the content — your real wedding submission might run as a blog post that gets pinned to Pinterest and shared on Instagram. We do it this way intentionally rather than promising every channel every time, because we'd rather deliver fewer, better-placed features than spread them thin. Every vendor gets equal visibility, regardless of tier.
How do you measure success and will I see data on inquiries or bookings?
We don't track bookings, and it's intentional. Every vendor profile links straight to your own website and Instagram, and couples reach out to you directly. We deliberately don't sit in the middle with a contact form or lead system, because the moment a platform does that, it starts optimizing for its own conversion numbers rather than just getting you in front of the right couples. \
What we can tell you about visibility: more than 80% of our monthly views come from non-followers, meaning new couples are discovering our content (and the vendors we feature) every day. So the audience isn't static — it's growing and recycling constantly.
