Erica has been in the wedding and events world since high school, starting in catering and hospitality, so there is very little a wedding day can throw at her that she has not already handled. Events by E blends thoughtful planning with a whole lot of heart: the goal is for couples to feel present, supported, and celebrated while the logistics simply happen around them. Alongside Julie, who refines the decor vision and details, and Marissa, an Oregon native who keeps every timeline running, Erica plans full weddings from engagement through the last dance and coordinates wedding days across the Pacific Northwest, Lake Tahoe, and California.

- How far in advance should I book?
- Popular dates for planner often book 10 to 18 months ahead, and holiday and peak season weekends go first. If your date is closer than that, still reach out. Calendars change and last minute openings happen.
